B-Clean Lite process will correct address changes that have occured within the previous 18 months. With ANKLink processing included in this bundle, those address changes that have occurred between 18 and 48 months will not be corrected but flagged for deletion. The B-Clean Lite is perfect for updating files that are relatively new and 48 month NCOA is not necessary.
B-Clean process is a bundle of services used to remove addresses that are undeliverable and increase the accuracy of those who are supposed to receive it. Our goal is to identify and validate your address data so that your campaigns are more efficient, thus increasing your response and ROI. Less printed waste is also healthy for the environment.
B-Clean PLUS goes beyond the B-Clean Service Bundle. It increases the match rate (as much as 10% more match) during the NCOA process by appending missing apartment numbers. It also passes the file against the PCOA database to catch even more records where people have moved but not reported their move to the United States Postal Service. |

NCOALink
America is on the move - literally. It is estimated that 18-20% of the households and businesses in America move each year! At that rate you can see that in no time your valuable marketing or customer database can rapidly deteriorate.
The NCOA database is based on information submitted to the United States Postal Service from individuals, families, and businesses that are changing their place of residence or business location.
At a minimum we recommend that you process your databases at least once a year. However, our experienced Account Managers can help plan a schedule that works best for you.

PCOA
PCOA (Proprietary Change of Address) can be used in conjunction with NCOA to discover even more change of addresses that can be used to update your mailing list.
Unlike the NCOA file which is maintained and controlled by the United States Post Office, the PCOA file is a compiled file that is created from multiple, private companies and sources. Approximately 26 sources are used in creating the PCOA file which contains close to 150 million change-of-address records for the past 4 years. On average we can provide you with 50% - 75% more moves. |

DSF2
Second Generation Delivery Sequence File identifies the validity of a given address DSF2 (Identifies Deliverable Addresses and Specific Addresses) and is a data file that contains all domestic addresses serviced by the U.S. Postal Service. Each address is a separate record on the file that conforms to all USPS addressing standards.
The DSF2 process does not provide change of address information. As the clients use our DSF2 services, it helps reduce the amount of undeliverable-as-addressed (UAA) pieces, which saves clients money, and results in more efficient mailing programs. |
