HOW IT WORKS
Digital New MoversTM is offered on a 6 month and 12-month subscription basis. All that you have to do is select which ZIP codes you want to target, enter monthly impressions, upload the creatives and decide if you want to target Pre-Movers, Escrow, and/or Post-Movers. The rest is programmatic.

"I've listed my house."
Target people who've just put their home up for sale.
"I've sold my house, however, I haven't moved yet."
Target those who've found a buyer for their home, settled on a price, but haven't yet gone to closing and moved out.
"I just moved in."
Target people who just relocated. They've moved in and are most likely in the market for all sorts of new home purchase products and services.
