Case Study Example - Specialty data solution
A B2B website has been capturing email addresses, but little or no more information on the site visitors/inquirers. Over a short period of time, a large database was collected but the only form of communication has been email. BB Direct was able to manipulate the email database to create a URL string, then pass these URL's against a B2B database to reverse append business name, postal record data, as well as SIC codes for the web address information. The result was a richer detail on business visitors/inquirers and a postal mailing list from which to mail follow up communication.
